For starters, the array of cold and hot appetizers provides a perfect introduction to Mediterranean mezze. Highly recommended choices include the classic Hummus and Babaghanous, available in both small ($11.00) and large ($18.00) portions, and the Small Mixed Appetizer ($18.00), which allows you to sample a variety of dips and salads. A must-try hot appetizer is the fan-favorite Sigara Borek/Cheese Cigars ($11.00), a crispy, savory delight. Another notable mention is the Falafel ($13.00), praised for its authentic preparation.
The heart of Turkish cuisine lies in the grill, and Aksaray excels with its selection of kebabs and gyros. The Lamb Gyro Large ($22.00) and Lamb Shish Kebab Small ($18.50) are consistently cited as 'Best Sellers' by patrons, with comments on the tender meat and authentic preparation. For those who can't decide, the Mixed Lamb & Chicken Shish Kebab ($23.50) or the Mixed Grill Platter ($37.00) offer a fantastic assortment of the best grilled meats. The Iskender Kebab ($25.00), a famous Turkish dish with thinly sliced gyro meat over bread, topped with hot tomato sauce and melted butter, is an iconic choice for a deeply satisfying meal. Even the simple Chicken Shish Kebab Small ($17.00) is frequently highlighted in reviews for its great marination and consistent quality.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The restaurant is located in the Midwood section of Brooklyn. They prepare Turkish cuisine and are open 24 hours. Soups, salads, appetizers, entrees, sandwiches, desserts and beverages are available. I ordered the ezme appetizer, chicken gyro platter and grilled kofte platter. The food was tasty and well-prepared. Friendly and helpful staff.
September 05 · Steven NechamkinWhen it comes to authentic Turkish cuisine Aksaray sets the bar on how is properly done. We were greeted and seated immediately our waitress provided outstanding service and made sure we were comfortable for the entire visit. I had the Sish mix platter the cuts of meat were cooked perfectly the beef was tender and full of flavor the rice along with the veggies complemented the dish perfectly. I will definitely return here again
May 11 · keviin PierreFirst time I went to Aksaray as I recently moved to the neighborhood. After a night shift I wanted to have a quiet and tasty meal to get home and go to bed sooner. What I liked:The food is really tasty, the portions are good - this is a big plus. What could be improved:Unfortunately, the service left a bad impression. I spilled sauce and used the two napkins the waitress brought. After she cleaned up the dishes, she didn't ask if I needed more napkins. I had to wipe my hands with the paper that the table was covered with and only after asking did they bring new ones. Also tea was not served immediately, but only after a reminder.Important:Don't think that this has to do with my mood after the night shift. Everyone has days when you just want to eat and relax. I've worked in the service industry myself and I understand that the job is tough. But I still wish the management would pay more attention to the needs of the guests. The food is a big plus, but the service should be improved. I hope that in the future my visit will be even more pleasant.
September 21 · Guls JjThe food is excellent!!!! My favorite is the Lamb Chop platter… or the Chicken Kebab!! And the best part. It’s consistent- every time I order it tastes the same… Amazing!!!
