Lunch food here is not the best. I ordered a chopped cheese and got a burger patty with slice cheese that was not even melted smh. I also ordered chicken cutlet sandwich on a bagel and they completely burn the cutlet which made it very chewy and dry. On top of that, we didn’t get no utensils, napkins or even ketchup for my fries. Very disappointed to say the least…

Extremely disappointed with my order. I ordered pancakes and orange juice, but what I received was completely inedible. The pancakes were entirely burnt, and the orange juice was warm—not even refrigerated. When I called to request a redelivery, I was told they were too busy to do anything about it.It's honestly shocking that someone prepared this food, deemed it acceptable, and packed it up for delivery. I've attached a photo of the pancakes so others can see the quality for themselves. I will not be ordering from this place again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT called about a mistake on my BEC i asked for SALT PEPPER MAYO AND KETCHUP got two dry sandwiches on top of the fact that i ordered a small and medium iced coffee and got 2 smalls so i called about the issue since i got them to go and i wasn’t home to fix them a guy answered the phone told me to come in the following morning that he would take care of what happened. After speaking with the manager covering in the morning he told me i was lying about what the guy said and didn’t want to remake my food and just gave me an ice coffee for the inconvenience. He was rude and it was a waste of time for the managers to not even communicate is horrible. I heard the managers conversation when he called him to ask about what he said and he was on the phone crying about how he had a line out the door when there was 5 people in the store and how he didn’t work in the morning apparently he comes in at 10am. When i called about the issue the guy told me to look for the white guy with glasses didn’t even want to give me a name how unprofessional!! I stopped coming here but decided to give it a shot BIG MISTAKE. NEVER AGAIN!THE LAST PICTURE IS THE ICE COFFEE THE GAVE ME TO FIX THE SITUATION THAT HAS COFFEE GROUNDS ALL AT THE BOTTOM! THE WORST !!

The bacon egg cheese here is awful. Please don’t waste your time. They rushed my order they made the sandwich in 10 seconds it was disgusting and over priced. I asked for bacon they gave me undercooked what looks to be Canadian bacon. Follow the the other reviews DO NOT come here for a breakfast sandwich you WILL be disappointed i will never come back

Not sure whether I should have called 911 or write a review because this is a crime. 9.24 cents for a simple bacon egg and cheese. At this price I thought this would be an extraordinary BEC or the best one I ever had, hope. NEVER coming here again.The people here are nice and the place is clean so they get a plus for that.
