Be careful. Depending on who’s working the cash register, they will charge you different prices for the same food. Went Friday 5/30 and a toasted bagel cost $1.75. Had an appointment in the area on Monday 6/2. Ordered the same bagel toasted and a different guy charges me $2. Asked why it wasn’t $1.75 like the other day and he rudely states toasted bagels are $2. So over the weekend, prices magically went up.At the end of the day, if the business is struggling for cash, be upfront and honest with prices. Don’t rip people off. Won’t be eating here ever again. Going to try that other bagel spot on the same block.

The owner/manager was very nice to me, as was the staff, but this restaurant is not kosher! Their website still states that everything is strictly kosher (and chalav Yisrael, etc.), yet the store actually sells ham sandwiches! It's as non-kosher a restaurant as you'll find, so only eat here if you don't keep kosher. (It used to be kosher, but lost its certification earlier in 2025.) And the website needs updating about this!

Oh - My -Goodness is all I can say to give this place a YES! YES! And a YESSSSSS!!Absolutely excellent experience even from the outside window which the beautiful pastries and decorated muffins and cupcakes inticed me to walk in and caused me a double take and a mouth watering ever so delicious experience and then to walk in and receive such excellent , courteous service! I took pics to show my father who has worked as a baker all of his life what a magnificent bakery and good looking store..the brownies, danishes, coffee cakes and everything I purchased down to the red velvet cupcake absolutely delectable.. the varieties of bagels and toppings are definitely a heaven for bagels.. I am going back and I would recommend this place to anyone if your meeting up and want to have a bite .. bagels and coffee.. a date... A treat.. here is the place to go! this place lives up to their name Bagel Boss !

The BEST!!!!! Omg look at this personal service! We felt like family and met the owner and chef! The food couldn’t be better! Incredible bagel sandwiches and AMAZING pancakes!! Plus… free coffee!! Come on in!!!

Authentic New York bagle shop. Smell just like it should when you walk in. A strong warm bagle sent. Lost of varatiy on bagles and cream cheese/toppings. Also have pizza and drinks! Staff is also lovley and there is plenty of room to sit. Larg challah loafs on shabat!
