We stopped in at Gregory’s on Monday 8/18. The staff were so friendly! The gentlemen at the front were helpful, kind, and made a wonderful cup of coffee. We will definitely be returning!! Great place with great people!

We are overseas visitors and wanted a cafe for lunch and coffee. The gentleman who served us was rather abrupt and impatient when we had some questions. We asked if they had bagels and the response was " we're not that type of cafe." He said they make everything fresh but then asked if we wanted our food warmed up. Coffee came in a reasonable time but the food took forever. We should have kept our tip! We would not return or recommend Gregory's.

Visited locations many time before as I am a fellow mall employee myself. Under previous management so the service and atmosphere was always positive and cheerful.I was here 4 times last week to get a Lg ice cup as i always do and encountered a young lady with some black beats on her head and a very nasty attitude. Refused to sell me a cup of ice and only would provide a small. After asking to pay for the difference in cup size she said they don't charge for ice. And wouldn’t even accommodate me for the up size.Besides the small inconvenience no greeting.Shouted at her employee over a super small mistake.As a store manager myself this is not the representation you would expect from this store.

Gary took great care of meHe was nice and quick to whip up my cortado. The coffee was very smooth a blend of Brazilian and Guatemalan grains yet packed a caffeine punch.The atmosphere was nice and chill.It's inside the mall on the third floor.
