I always love coming here and would get my ice cream. They’ve even accommodated me when I got there super close to closing time. Saw that they make cakes and was so happy I decided to get my birthday cake from them this year! It was delicious. My whole family loved it. Some went for seconds. Couldn’t recommend them again. Next birthday cake will be from them! lol. I had the Oreo & strawberry cheesecake with Oreo crunch in between.

The store owner shows no respect for employees. Their messages are degrading and dismissive of basic human rights. They should learn how to communicate respectfully, both in speech and in writing. Instead, they either joke at employees’ expense or speak to them as if they are less than human.The ice cream is great, but the owner seriously needs to learn how to treat and speak to their employees. Remember—you need them just as much as they need you.

A solid new Haagen-Dazs location, serving up super creamy and delicious ice cream in a sleek and clean shop.While I usually prefer locally owned spots over chains (edited to add: I just found out that the franchise location is locally owned so that’s a plus!), I figured I’d give this new location a shot, and I’m glad I did! The place is spacious and spotless, with a team of friendly local kids serving up smiles and scoops. There’s a standing counter up front and some tables and chairs further back.I went for a mini size of the Sea Salt Caramel Truffle, which was super creamy, very flavorful, a solid size, and overall fantastic. Highly recommend giving the place a shot.

Ice cream is good. Service is starting to decline. Watch if you order any extra toppings. I ordered extra hot fudge. There was a little drip of it on the ice cream. I had also ordered a small cup of hot fudge to go and there was only a drizzle in the cup. I was told there was an additional charge which I was glad to pay but I didn't get anything for the extra charge.

Always went to the Haagen daz in fresh meadows but never again! The employees at FP are very friendly and always encourages you to try a new flavor when you’re indecisive. The space is very clean, modern and well lit. They have plenty of seating and a seating bar in front in case you like you people watch while enjoying your ice cream.I came in to order 3 large cakes for an event and they exceeded my expectations. I called earlier to inquiry about it and when I went into the store to place the order days later, Nirav, the manager remembered me and happily helped me through with the order. Pick up was flawless and their suggestion of when to defrost the cake was perfect. Everyone loved our flavor combinations and for the first time ever, there were no leftovers! Thank you Nirav and your staff! I will be back for all my future events that require cake or just a pick me up for myself!
