What is Worth Choosing
Choosing the Haagen-Dazs shop in Bronxville is fundamentally about choosing a high standard of quality and a superior dessert experience. The brand’s commitment to premium, rich ice cream, in classic and inventive flavors like Dulce de Leche, Belgian Chocolate, Coffee, and Strawberry, is the primary draw. Customers appreciate that they are getting a truly luxurious product that focuses on pure flavor without excessive air whipping.
Furthermore, the value of this establishment lies in its convenience and versatile service model. Whether you are a local who needs an easy "Takeout" pint for an evening at home, a visitor needing a "Quick visit" scoop, or a host planning a party that requires "Delivery," the shop is equipped to handle your needs. However, it is important for New York-area customers to note and prepare for a potential challenge regarding custom orders, specifically for items like ice cream cakes. Customer feedback indicates that some patrons have experienced difficulty with last-minute requests, specifically being told that same-day cake fulfillment is "not gonna happen." This strongly suggests that a key point for a good customer experience is proactive planning: for large or special-order items like the highly popular Cookies and Cream ice cream cake, calling ahead of time, potentially a minimum of 48 hours in advance as is common for similar specialty shops, is highly recommended to ensure a smooth and positive interaction. Addressing this practical detail upfront can make a significant difference in a customer's overall satisfaction with a large, specialty purchase, turning a potential point of friction into a guaranteed celebration.
In summary, for a guaranteed premium ice cream taste, a friendly environment good for individuals and families, and convenient service options, the Haagen-Dazs shop in Bronxville remains a worthwhile destination for dessert enthusiasts across the New York metropolitan area. A little planning for special orders will ensure the experience is as sweet as the treats themselves.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I dislike doing this however - went to ask about an ice cream cake. And, the smaller East Indian look person was rather rude."You want it today, not gonna happen" So, I reframed the question to give him a chance to correct his demeanor. He did not. I left immediately.Went home and asked my partner - hey did you get attitude from dude at Hagen Daz. She mentioned every time. We purchase our son a cookies and cream ice cream cake every year. And, this year it was on me to go pick it up.Sadly, I will not be picking anything up from there ever. Life long Town of Eastchester resident here - and its sad to report this. - SIGH -
April 30 · Keith "Kayo" OvertonThe short Indian looking man, I believe his name is Shaizad, has disgusting attitude. Rude to customers and workers from what I’ve witnessed. Miserable every time I go and order. Makes my experience bad every time. Best thing this place can do is fire this guy!
July 14 · Angel FloresThe staff is genuinely friendly, The seating area to the left of the entrance is cute and Instagram ready, The cookies and brownies are a bit stale, I’ve had them a few times and its always the same taste, stay away. No restroom available for customers, you’d have to go across the street to Starbucks. Parking is generally ok in the area. Quiet and a great place to bring your kids after a hot summer day or a Sunday-dessert. The place is open 7 days a week from 11:00AM- 10:00PM.
April 06 · Hunter JohnsonThey have amazing ice cream as always including flavors that you wouldn't typically get in your supermarket such as vegan chocolate fudge.I decided to try their brownies but they were not good. The Oreo brownie texture was brick like and was too sweet. On the other hand the chocolate fudge brownie had a cake like texture which again made it less enjoyable.Better stick with ice cream here.
August 04 · Alan VargheseThey are definitely scammers. I got a 1 scoop waffle cone, and this man charges me for a waffle cone 1.99 and then proceeds to charge me for a cup, 8.49. So like 10 - 11 dollars for a regular chocolate scoop with a waffle cone! I been to other locations and have never been charged like that. I confronted him about it. And he just like oh its the same price. I have never payed more than 5-7 dollars at other locations for the exact same thing. I am reporting them to corporate
