★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This unassuming little spot will blow your mind! Thanks to chef Fernando and his partner chef, this has moved to the top of one of my favorite restaurants. The staff is passionate about the food and they go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and double down by enthusiastically inviting you to return. Desiree is a top notch host. Omg, i can go on and on about this place.
September 20 · Chris ShawI won’t come back again. We ordered a small portion from the menus but a while later, the waitress came back and told us that they didn’t have the small protion but only the large. It was the end of the day; maybe they just didn’t want to waste food but sell to us. I got a service fees added on my bill. The food and the portion were just okay not great; the fish market place on Bergenline is way better. It was a simple working day meal and the bill came out to be at the price of a nice dinner.
May 01 · Housing ServiceWorst costumer service, they always have attitude, they be treating you as if you where asking for free food. I order a chicken sandwich to go and they put it on foil paper when I ask for a disposable plate they denied to me when there was a whole pile right in from of my face. kindly ask for some ketchup to go and the answer from the staff was that the sandwich had ketchup on it. (there was also a pile of ketchup in front of me). Owner is also ratchet and disrespectful told her they need better costumer service the answer was that she needs no costumers told me not to come back and literally told me to put my money inside my b*tt . Don't waste your time, money and energy with this low class people.
March 17 · M VásquezJust placed an order for delivery for the first time with this restaurant and will never do it again. The lady that delivered my food was so rude. She called me from downstairs of my apartment building asking me to pick up my food from downstairs. After I've stated in the comments on Grubhub to leave food in front of my apt. door. After I told her over the phone to come to my apt door and leave the food. She came knocked and waited and then told me that customers are supposed to go down to pick up food and they aren't doing delivery to doors. Apparently the delivery lady is lazy and makes up her own rules. If I'm paying a tip and delivery fee, delivery should be given per the comments "in front of the apt door." They just lost a customer.
May 18 · Agatha PrestanThe customer is the priority and you’re supposed to treat them right but this restaurant is the worst. The costumer service is very bad. I wish the owner (who isnt so nice) and the staff could notice this situation so that they can improve the service quality which is the worst in the area. That’s why they’re losing costumers. I hope Cosumer affairs and the BBB take this business into account.
