We went for breakfast. Just mothers and children. The waiter/server was extremely 100 percent courteous, pleasant, efficient, and helpful. He never missed a single way to help us out. He also took some amazing pictures for us. Thank you IHop.

Our hashbrown was burnt and eggs were a bit rubbery but everything else was good. Bigger place than expected. Some tissues at the tables would be nice.

I'm an Uber eats delivery courier. This location on Sunday morning is understaffed with rude service. The orders kept coming in, and there was no staff at the front. When they come to the front, they ignore you even when asked politely if your order is ready. I don't know who is running this place now. It used to be efficient. Horrible treatment to couriers. And horrible waste of my time. (update) I waited 40 minutes, and my order was the one on the counter in the picture. Ridiculous. (Reply) I don't put random links into my web browser. Send someone to your store to see if they are working correctly. Corporate makes the standards. If all of the heads of these franchise restaurants would investigate the services of the franchisee, you'd be surprised at what you see on a day to day base. I give a lot of places grace because I figure this is a one-time thing, but when it happens multiple times, the gloves are off.

This iHop rocks! It’s clean, bathrooms are clean and well supplied. Food is fresh and tasty. Luigi, our server was awesome. Despite being very busy we were seated promptly and served quickly, efficiently and with courtesy. My 4 year old loved every she had. Will definitely be back!
