I went to this Carvel for a thick shake when I tell you, the young lady behind the counter did not know what she was doing. It was per milk. It was sweet no ice cream no thickness of ice cream at all. I don’t know what it was. I would recommend nobody go there for thick shake, shake shack thick shake so better than these They should be shame of their self calling their self Carvrl please

I’ve honestly never been treated so rudely by staff. I ordered a Reeses dasher and asked that they put mint ice cream in it. They gave me a mint dasher instead. I said “excuse me this isn’t what I ordered.” And was told I need to relax and mocked by the manager who said “this isn’t what I ordered” in a sarcastic tone. Then the manager (who made my ice cream incorrectly already) told someone else to make it and they made it with vanilla. I then watched the manager yell at her employee for not listening (after she made a similar mistake) and then she told me I shouldn’t be allowed to get what I asked for cause it’s not how the menu has it. So I said “then I’ll take what you made me that’s fine” (wanting to get out of there as it was very uncomfortable) and she told me I needed “to lighten the hell up” and that I “was too tense.” I worked in foodservice for over a decade, so I make a point to always be nice and understanding to staff. I won’t be going back ever again.

I pre ordered a birthday cake for my son, when his dad arrived to pick it up they told him they never received the order for which he showed them the confirmation. They offered him a premade cake that they admitted had been in the freezer for "a week or so". I could have gotten a Carvel cake from BJ's or the supermarket if I wanted a stale cake smh. Never again with this location!

Service was quick and sufficient. Servers were polite. Got a milk shake and it was delicious. I went once at night and once during the day and both times the restaurant was clean and not overcrowded which I could appreciate.
