I just want to say my problem with this place is not with the staff or the food which were great but with the condition of the restaurant. This place is not in the best condition and i'd swear it has not been updated since the last time I was there back in 2019 even then it was not so great. So I do believe the pictures of the worn out floor, stained ceiling tiles do speak for themselves.

Our family is dining into so many IHOP in so many different locations, and this location experience is not worth it it's a very unhappy and unfortunate bad experience, which i think is not the IHOP standardsWe order strawberry shake which server bing less because they run out of sice cream also the tea pot is dirty and emptyWe also ordered some ramadan dealsAs well they run outWe order qasadia, which tastes not close to qasida as well on orderded chicken tender, which with mozzarella and onions fried i overcooked and dryI don't understand why the quality goes so worstNo one welcomed us in-store as well after we inside the sitting area they told us please we choose where we like to sitAny way not recommended i travel from Brooklyn and have some work there and we stop there which is mistake

My husband and I work nights and we just saw this place is now 24 hours so we decided to give it a try. We were greeted right away and our server was so sweet! We were both so happy with our food, it was hot, accurate and delicious! We were in and out and left very satisfied. We'll definitely be back!

I was out with my friends and the French toast was looking fine from the outside but the inside was raw. The water tastes like sink water and the chicken and waffles were good but one of the chicken strip was slightly raw and I recommend to go to another IHOP.
