April 01 · AbiThey have the best matzohs and the highest standards in kashrus. Mr. Grunwald is a phenomenal person. He has so much patience to handle all the customers. The whole staff are great. Chag Sumeach
March 31 · Menachem KIf you like thin hand matzo this is definitely the place to come. I never had to wait long for them to fill an order, and everything is very efficient over there. A Williamsburg fixture for many years אי״ה!
February 19 · Y LKosher Hand Matzo. Ultra Thin, scrumptious & delicious. High end Kashrus. Top off all is the production!!! AMAZING to see a very high efficiency in speed without compromising!
March 26 · s kKeep in mind that a matzo bakery makes just the one product - matzo - and nothing else that you might expect from a generic bakery. They have a selection of specialty matzo items, like matzo made from spelt, Arizona wheat and some other specialty flours. Being a hand-baking operation, expect to pay the prevailing high price per pound. There is no machine-made matzo here. Compared to the local competition, their matzos are a little less baked, and on the average, there is less charring. This is a very convenient matzah bakery. For me, it is just one subway stop, or a short drive. It is just off the BQE and the Williamsburg Bridge, making it convenient by car. Of course, being in a crowded part of Brooklyn there is no parking lot, and little hope of finding legal street parking, but you can always try.
