★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Food and service is very good. We absolutely love the desserts. However I think it is a little pricier for the size of the portions. There's not much place that offers that much dessert variety so I really think it's worth a visit. My kids liked the meal and would like to go back next time.
September 18 · M LThis is a great place to hang out! The decor is fun and theres a big screen where you can watch chinese music. They also have a wiiide range of food, drinks, and desserts.I love the skewers here (enoki is my fave) and I had the snow and the souffle pancakes. Also controversial but the pig brain
April 19 · Kathy YuI was stunned by how horrible the service was.1. Staff prioritizes friends than customers. My friend and I walked into the restaurant and Server 1 tells us that we had to wait for a table as there were no tables available at the moment. We said okay we don’t mind waiting. A few minutes later, a table left and other servers were cleaning the table. Then, a group of 4 comes in. Server 2 (male blonde dyed hair with glasses) approaches the group of 4 and tells them to follow him there’s a table available. One of the people from the group puts his arm around the server and smiles. They walk towards the table that was just cleaned. My friend and I stood there in disbelief. Server 1 and 2 had to stand in the middle of the restaurant and talk about me and my friend in which Server 1 intended that table for us; however, Server 2 gave the table to their friends.2. Staff forgets requests asked by customers, and you will have to ask again.Server 1 seats me me and my friend at a table. She asks if we would like some water. We said sure. She comes back with menus and no water. My friend and I order our food, still no water. The food arrived, still no water. My friend had to ask Server 1, “Is the water coming?” Server 1 said it’s coming and then she gave us water. My friend asked Server 3 for a bowl of rice. Server 3 said no problem and walks away. 10 minutes later, there was still no bowl of rice. He asked Server 3, “how much longer do I have to wait for the rice?” Server 3 says I’ll get that for you. He comes back in mere seconds with the rice, telling my friend that it was free due to his mistake.3. They will serve dessert before your meal.My friend and I ordered skewers and a mango crepe, in which they were both delicious. However, the mango crepe cake came first and we had to wait 10 mins for the skewers to arrive.4. Staff is not attentive towards customers. The staff mostly focus on cleaning and getting dishes, which is completely fine. However, when I am trying to pay for the bill, I would prefer not to hold my card up for 5 mins. The card was up in the air, but the servers just walked by and didn’t look at us.Overall, I believe the restaurant is extremely disorganized and the service was horrible. However, I will definitely come back for the food.
July 05 · Tiffany PanService was great. When I dropped my chopstick, a guy instantly came to give me a new one.The food however, isn’t great. All the meat was hard (BBQ Beef, Coca Cola wings), and the “egg pork fried rice” was just spam (I expected real pork). Takoyaki was too floury. The desserts were EXTREMELY disappointing. The souffle pancakes were served warm, which is strange, and it had a disturbing gooey sauce. It tasted like nothing, just sugar. The tea is also too sweet, which I did not expect. No options for sugar-free.Overall, food needs improvement. But if I had to choose I would get the egg pork fried rice and scallion pancakes again. The ambiance is also quite strange; the space is dark and in a vertical format, which felt kind of weird. But I liked the Britain chairs.
December 19 · EmilyThis is my second time here with friends. The waiters are very nice and the food is delicious. However, it was very busy today and we had to wait for a long time for the food. But overall it was still good. We will choose to dine here next time!
