★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Food was edible I liked the shrimp with lobster sauce with only 3 shrimp though. I also liked the seafood rice. Overall, I had better Portuguese is food in Portugal, of course. It’s nice to have something a little different. This place is pricey though with 20% tip added to the bill.
August 26 · Zhong YangThe environment is nice and friendly. The food is great. I had the codfish balls which it was delicious and the sauce made it even more delicious. Then I had the creamy mashed potatoes with toasted mushrooms and cheese. They were amazing instead of bacon or procutto that I don't eat it had yummy mushrooms. It was amazing then I had the Portuguese sponge cake it was good it tasted like custard with berries it was good dessert. I had the strawberry spritz which it was nice and refreshing. Overall great food, the employees were friendly and the environment was great.
April 21 · Martha GuadamuzWe celebrated a birthday yesterday and it was absolutely wonderful! The food was incredibly delicious — everything we ordered was amazing. The service was also excellent. Thank you for making the celebration so special!
August 20 · Vlada KhmarskaThis was my second time at this restaurant! As a Portuguese, I can confidently say this is authentic Portuguese food. The dishes are delicious, the portions are generous, and they have a great selection of Portuguese wines. Nuno (the owner) is always warm and welcoming, as is the rest of the staff. Highly recommend this place!
August 06 · Cristina Fontes Pereira de MelloFirst time here at Leitao Portuguese Restaurant the food was amazingly tasty! Some of the dishes I loved didn’t make it into the pictures, but they’re definitely etched on my taste buds. That sirloin steak in garlic sauce was the bomb! The sauce was so good we kept asking for more Portuguese bread just to dip in it.We actually ordered two of everything no regrets! The chef’s recommendations were on point. For apps, we shared the octopus carpaccio, roasted beet salad, cod potato croquettes, and little neck clams, all so good. Then came the mains: chicken piri piri, arroz de mariscos (saffron seafood rice), and of course that sirloin steak I already couldn’t wait to rave about! We wrapped it all up with their classic Portuguese custard tart such a nice way to end the feast.Maybe next time we’ll plan ahead and try their Traditional Portuguese Suckling Pig Dinner, which is for groups and needs a week’s notice. The place is tight with space but clean, and the staff were super friendly. We had a really nice time. If you’re into Portuguese cuisine this place is worth the visit.
