★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I work in the city and have heard about Madonia Bakery from co workers and the social media and so today before heading back home to the Pocono's we stopped by and grabbed a couple of their famous breads and of course some cannolis. The bake shop was clean and the customer service on point. Most importantly, their breads and cannolis are delicious. Unfortunately , since it was our first time we didn't know that it was cash only we weren't able to purchase other goodies at the time. We will be back though.
June 07 · Elmer SICU-PACU (Nurse)I would come here if only for those rainbow cookies. Old school Italian cookies, which reminded me of my childhood bakeries. I love these simple cookies...pairing those sesame crusted Regina cookies with some coffee in the morning may not be the breakfast of champions, but it will feel like you're winning in life. I totally forgot to get olive bread so I'll be back!
April 24 · Lisa WilliamsBakery Review: Incredible Bread, Questionable AttitudeIf you’re looking for the best bread in town and don’t mind a side of mild emotional abuse, this bakery is the place for you.The Bread? Life-Changing.The moment you take a bite, you’ll wonder if you were born in the wrong century, because this bread tastes like it was handcrafted by medieval monks using ancient secrets. Crust? Perfectly crisp. Inside? Fluffy, warm, and borderline spiritual. You’ll want to buy extra just to apologize to your past self for ever eating store-bought bread. The Staff? Hilariously Rude.Ever been judged for your pastry choices? You will be. Ask a question, and you’ll get a look that says, “You seriously don’t know that?” Order too slowly? Expect an exaggerated sigh. But somehow, it adds to the charm—like a grumpy grandma who secretly loves you but would never admit it.Final VerdictCome for the unreal bread, stay for the comedic hostility. Just don’t expect warm smiles—unless you count the warmth of a fresh baguette smacking you with judgment. 10/10 would get roasted again.
