This Wendy’s is a complete circus. The employees clearly hate their jobs—and understandably so. There’s no leadership or support, and I’m pretty sure they’re working understaffed, doing the best they can in this hellhole. I doubt even a good manager could save this place. There’s zero organization—no ordering screens, and Uber and DoorDash drivers are crammed up at the front, taking over the entire cashier area. You really can’t make this stuff up. Shut this place down already.

I really would like to leave feedback about the food, but I'm here waiting for a mobile order I placed about 30 minutes ago. I went inside and made 2 different employees aware of the order. Initially, they said it didn't exist. The cashier eventually found it and they printed out a receipt asked him to please make my order. That was 20 minutes ago. I want to cancel my order, but it said it's already being processed. I am so sorry I came here to place an order. Absolutely horrible. At this point, I would just like to leave, hungry or not. This place is a disaster.Update: I received my order exactly one hour after I placed it. To be fair, I am upgrading my review of the food, because it was hot and good, the soda was cold and the order was correct. However, no one who wants "fast food" should have to endure being ignored for one hour and receiving service as an afterthought.
