★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Scam. I ordered the pork and cheese sandwich. It was lunchtime so that sandwich was under “Sandwiches.” The sign declared that all sandwiches come with chips and pickle. I received a miniature pork roll egg and cheese sandwich with no chips and pickle. When I asked about it, The girl told me every sandwich except “that one”. Would be amazing to know that before I spent $13 on a miniature kid sized sandwich with no sides. Exceptionally rude employees couldn’t care less and will just let you stand there.
September 07 · Carly YamrusNot gunna lie, it looks good, but it was the worst lobster roll I have ever had. I took like 2 bites. It didnt taste like spoiled or anything, I just don't think it was good. It was $40 and super crowded there too.
October 07 · Trey Delaplaine* Warning, this is a very long review about a glass of Merlot in an airport restaurant.. :)I don’t like to give a place low stars that without the reason but I do wanna make sure I write a review because it really bothered me and it ended my short trip to New York on a sour note. This restaurant is located near GATE B where my gate was and I had a good hour and a half before I had to board Guysso I wanted a glass of wine to cut my nerves for the plane. The bartenders seemed very nice and they were working their butts off, I have to say, but when I ordered a Merlot, they just came over with the credit card portion no itemized receipt (which is I believe not legal to)It started getting busy so I reluctantly signed the credit card receipt of $29 (what the) and of course that doesn’t include tip so I only gave a $2 tip because I was a little taken back and confused.I did feel bad about the low tip, but I noticed that there was a 3% surcharge for employee retention so I assume these employees also get that %?I’ve never seen that employee retention charge in my life by the way.As I sat there drinking my wine, it bothered me so much. I was trying to figure out why I was charged about $30 for a 9 ounce glass of mediocre Merlot and a plastic cup. I came across the Google reviews and it appears that I’m not the only one that was confused by this restaurants hidden pricing!I’ve really felt the need to warn others, but I do realize that I could have done a little bit of research before I went to this restaurant I definitely take responsibility for that.Again, nothing against the workers there and was nothing at all that I felt they did bad although I can can’t say that they went above and beyond. I’m sure they work very hard.
June 21 · J JeanLobster cobb. Good portion size, and ok taste.Bad:- prices have gone up. Salad was $32 after tax- they nearly gave my order to someone else. Lady at the deak didn't really care or pay attention to the fact I had the buzzing buzzer
September 10 · JudyThe breakfast report: $5.50 for coffee, out of the urn, not a whisper of flavor. None. The breakfast potatoes at $9.00 are ok and shareable...I asked for a fried egg on top...3.00, and got an egg patty of some type (pictured)On the plus side, the staff is capable, pleasant, and efficient.
