Clean and well appointed McDonald's with 4 self-order kiosks. We visited on a busy Saturday morning but still received our food hot and in a timely fashion. This comment is not directed at any particular McDonald's: it is only about the ordering system launched by the McDonald's Group.McDonald's seems to want to marginalize those who do not have a good command of English or are too old to keep up with new technology, because the ordering system they launched is limited to English and Spanish. Even if you know English or Spanish but are not familiar with new technology, it is difficult to use their system. Even if you know English and Spanish and are familiar with new technology, but are older and have a slow reaction, it is still difficult to use their system, because when you order and pay the bill, the card reader has a green arrow that keeps moving to prompt you to swipe the card there, but no matter how you swipe it, you cannot pass!It turns out that the arrow may only be limited to certain cards: your card originally needs to be "slapped" on the card reader to pass, but even if it passes and you pay, you may not get the meal, because the ordering machine often does not issue a receipt and only displays the order number at a higher position. If you are short, not paying attention, or simply don't know it, you will miss the number and cannot pick up the meal. I am 5 feet 7 inches and I have to look up slightly to see the number. Even if you see the number: if you are distracted and forget the number, you cannot pick up the meal...In addition to the ordering machines: you can also order food by downloading McDonald's Add on your phone, which is also very convenient.
