Horrible customer service. I spent $27 here and had my boyfriend pick up the food. It started pouring rain and after he left the building to come home all the food got soaked and was no longer edible. he went back and spoke to the manager and was told they can’t refund because it was a large order. was only able to get some of the food remade. an absolutely horrible experience.EDIT: I did get in contact with the manager of this restaurant and she did apologize for the situation and offered to send me complimentary BOG cards. I sent over my address but never received anything in the mail. The manager was nice and I felt like the situation was resolved, and waited a few weeks to see if the cards would arrive, which they did not.

Absolutely lovely service and workers and atmosphere. The workers here were very nice and kind and got my order ready within a minute. The restroom itself was very clean as well the Dining area. Absolutely no complaints at all. I also appreciate the workers for giving me two packs of sauce instead of just being cheap and giving one . Great place to eat and relax and people watch. Also a very beautiful decor and red roof ! I also love how they cared to keep it clean and i didnt see many people leaving their trash on the tables like some others do,Will come back when i can.

And i will never gonna go to Mcdonalds anymore in my life because we are paying for food they you hire some staff who knows how to give good service and respect to the customers add the end Mcdonalds works with the customers not this the useless staff. I hope management gonna take serious action.
