I was racially profiled at this location for the first time after religiously going there for months since I started my new job. In addition, I waited 25 minutes for a large smoothie. My break is only 30 minutes. By the time the 25 minute mark hit, I simply requested a refund that the manager did not want to give me. By the time I got out of there, I surpassed my scheduled break by 9 minutes. Not to mention that I respectfully asked for assistance and the team members tried their best to help me and figure it out. However, the MANAGERS that were there on June 5th, 2025 at around 8:10PM Eastern time were very rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. The manager was Hispanic and assumed I did not speak or understand the language because of how I look. The managers did not even want to speak to me directly even though I requested for further assistance with getting my refund for my order considering I had no time left from my break. With that being said, I filed a report and left. Whoever is the regional manager of this location, I strongly suggest reevaluating the criteria for how they select their managers. Why do the team members have more respect and more interest in helping the customers more than the managers on this date and time? I will be escalating this issue to the top!

This location seems to be understaffed or something, its typically always dirty and the food takes a while despite most of the customers ordering on the kiosks therefore not requiring as many people up by the counter. Ice cream machine has never been working when I've come in (typical for most McD's at this point unfortunately) but their ICEE machine also seems to be frequently not working, which is a bummer in this summer heat.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I needed to use the restroom, and the staff told me they’d only unlock it if I bought something. After I placed my order, they rudely told me the restroom was out of order. Instead of an apology, I got attitude and even insults. Really disappointed with the way customers are treated here.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. My fish was old and cold. It’s usually hot and light brown but this is dark and dry and oily looking and cold I hope I don’t get sick seriously I couldn’t finish it and I’ll never come back
