★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Got their 6 Shanghai Pan Fried Buns. You can watch them cook them in batches on the spot. They’re juicy and have that nice signature fried bun bottom. Don’t forget to grab dipping sauce. Staff are quick and food comes out still piping hot. This food stall is located at the bottom floor food court among other Chinese food options in a large mall. Keep in mind cell service is virtually nonexistent down there so plan ahead.
September 20 · Kevin Chenhe pan fried dumpling was quite good, with the right amount of crispiness, volume, juiciness. Lots of flavors and lost of goodness. The Beef noodle soup, however, felt very flat, with little to get excited about. It's as if the noodles are just generic, pre-packaged noodles. The north could be more savory, too. You really need a lot of help with the chili oil to make it taste decent.
September 18 · Joe GunawanOutstanding soup dumplings with really great flavor and freshly made. This place is extremely busy so expect a wait time of around 15 minutes on weekends. It’s definitely worth the wait. The people are very friendly and this place is a not-so-hidden gem.
August 16 · Lukas A.This is located near the corner of the food court full of various Chinese cuisines in the New World Mall. When you go down the escalator, keep going straight to the end and it will be on your right side.I miss the pan fried dumplings I had in my last visit to Hong Kong, and so far this is one of the closest but not quite a match for what I had in HK. I would come again to snack on this but not eat this as a complete meal.
July 31 · MirDelish pan fried pork buns / dumplings! They are VERY soupy and are def messy to eat - but really nice. 6 for $10 or 8 for $12. Very fast service. It’s at the back of the new world food court.Plenty of tables to sit at. They also have complementary soy vinegar and chili sauce.
