This MCD is chaotic. They asked customers to order at the kiosk that does not provide a receipt or number. When the order were ready, no name or number were called. When I tried to follow-up my order, I have to match my stuff with a staff and I was even interrupted to talk by another more senior staff member. My experience here today is bizarre. Honestly, I don’t want to come here again even if I am obligated to.

McDonald’s is great everywhere, and this Jamaica location is no exception. I’ve always enjoyed their classics—the double cheeseburger, spicy chicken burger, ice cream cone, and just about everything else on the menu. Their breakfast is consistently good, with the same standard quality you can count on at any McDonald’s.This location also has an interesting system for the washrooms—the security guard lets you in. I’m guessing it’s because a lot of people try to use the washroom without being customers, so it’s a way to manage that. It’s a small detail, but it makes the place feel a bit more orderly.

On top of that, the drink wasn’t even filled properly — I got a small cup’s worth in a medium cup. Definitely not the service or quality I expected.

I was forced to order from the kiosk which did not print a receipt. When I told the manager to give me a receipt she told me it’s not in the system, when I show her my order, she said I didn’t pay for it. When the food arrived and I identified it, she told me to show id and was extremely rude with me. I had to talk to another member of staff to explain the situation and I finally got my food. A complete failure in customer care and basic communication.
