I hate left bad reviews but the service here isn’t the best I can say sucks. The atmosphere is nice and the food is good and tasty, but the service is a bit hit or miss. I ordered through the app and had it delivered to my table, but then they called my name to pick it up from the counter. I explained the situation, but one of the employees was rude didn’t answer me and left. Today, another customer got upset because he was waiting for a long time and one of the employees didn’t treat him well. As a result, the customer left, It seems like the employees here has taken a hit. If employees don’t treat customers with respect, it’s understandable why the place is so empty, especially on a Sunday when it should be packed

Very sad that this location has gone so downhill. I've been coming here since I was a little kid and it was a great place. Over the past year though we have found it dirty, the employees rude and tonight an unsavory character was sleeping right next to the door. Garbage was all over the tables and no attempt was made to clean it. As has been the case as of late, the kiosk was out of paper, and they never put the signs out to be served at your table so I had no idea what my order number was. When I explained that, the woman behind the counter was rude, and tested me on what I ordered, telling me I forgot something when I missed my iced tea. I asked for bbq sauce and she looked disgusted and dropped it in my bag. When I pointed out she gave me the wrong thing she was even more annoyed.Shame was always a great neighborhood place and my son loves it here.

I asked if she could remove the cheese or modify the order and she started raising her voice completely annoyed to do her job. Then she said that she had already written the order she scoffed, grunted and yelled to just leave the order as is. Lazy beast! McDonald should hire someone else. Another day I went to eat-in and no one greets. Food was cold and counter was dirty. Tables were not wiped. And the staff look like they do not want to be there. Mind you the eat in was about a month ago and the drive-thru was today. This location used to have nice staff. Not anymore. Not coming back here. McDonald’s will be loosing money with workers like these.

Our family liked this place, big,clean room,usually not too much people in the evening, no lineBut yesterday something unpleasant happened - we found hair in two nuggets at once and maybe we even swallowed some hair, who knows? And my children ate it! We even threw up there. I understand that the staff of this McDonald's is not to blame for this, but you must tell who brings you these nuggets so that they monitor the quality of their production. Now we will never set foot in McDonald's again!
