This McDonald’s really needs to review its service. I was dining in and only ordered two chicken sandwiches, but I had to wait for 25 minutes. This was not the first time it happened, so I hope they will review and improve their service speed. I also noticed that drive-thru orders are served much faster, so why is it that dine-in orders take so much longer?

I have always liked McDonald's, but this place left me re-considering it. Either they are understaffed or untrained, but the wait time to get coffee and donut was really long, and service was below expectations. My intention was to try a Krispy-Kreme donuts, and I saw that they had a promotion at this location for a $1 coffee with a purchase of any donut, so I ordered it after waiting for somebody to come to the front for at least 10 minutes. Of course, they charged me the full price - not a big deal - and didn't put any milk or sugar in the coffee. But after I showed them the mistake the person serving me said, it was just $0.89, so what I was complaining about? And the manager, who came later to refund me the overcharge, snarkly whiched me "be happy" without any apologies.

Young guy with glasses, POC, working 2nd window at 6:15pm on Saturday Sept 6th 2025 was very rude. All I did was ask to correct my order because the drive thru person accidentally put Dr. Pepper instead of Diet Coke.I tell the guy at the second window I think she misheard me and it’s supposed to be Diet Coke. Instead of changing out the drink, he just pushed down the “diet” on the lid and handed it to me smuggly.Idk if he’s just an idiot or lazy or both. Glad he works here bc he won’t make it anywhere else.
