The Latino male counter person in the Bronx, NY 10475 store, located at 2010 Bartow Avenue, should be fired. Today, at 1008am, I ordered a black coffee wirh 3 sugars and was given coffee with milk. I took it to the counter and a short Latino male with a dark blue shirt, with white skin was rude and nasty, frowned his face with an angry voiced asking me “what do I want?” I tried to explain and he interrupted me again saying “what?” I have his photograph. I am not going to tolerate this. I had a problem with him before and I don’t know why he is still working there.

Im a hardworking city employee for the nydoc,went to the window for a cup of coffee bc the dining area was closed, no cars were present and the cashier at the window decided to take a customer after I was standing thr for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I asked her why was she taking that order and I was standing there and her response was they was there first. She was not receptive to my order and I think this is poor customer service. She needs to be reinstructed on what customer service is no matter what the circumstances are

Tonight at 9:22pm, I entered the store located at 2010 Bartow Avenue in the Bronx, NY, 10475 to purchase 20 chicken nuggets using a $5 deal, and large order of fries. The Latino male clerk wearing glasses scanned my phone for this purchase phase. I asked him to scan the barcode for reward points and he did. That action increased the price of the order from $10.00 to $13.50 and voided my “deal” discount for the McNuggets. The manager, a fair skin Black woman with a heavy Jamaican accent, came over and said, “You scanned for points so you lose the deal for the McNuggets. Now you have to wait 12 minutes. Now you know for next time.” She walked away shaking her head with an attitude and left the front area completely. She didn’t offer any resolution. As a manger, she had the power and codes to fix this issue and she didn’t. Instead she came over like a bully. Also, she knew what was going on and didn’t tell the clerk to stop because when she came over she already knew I asked for a scan for rewards which voided the “deal” for the McNuggets. This is unacceptable. I left the establishment without my order.

A lady was there and she was giving attitude and said we can't eat in their we had to go out side and eat at the dirty area other wise from that the customer service was good the food was ok it was just that lady.

The absolute worst service. My husband and I visit this location at least 2x a week for morning coffee before the drive to work. Service is SLOW. We typically only order coffee but it takes about 10+ minutes to get our order. Staff moves as if they don’t care it’s morning rush. Staff do not pay attention to guests. Maybe training can help. Overall this location is slow, and inconsistent. All I want is my morning coffee.
