Bagels On Bartow Introduce
Bagels are more than just a food in New York—they are a cultural institution, a daily ritual, and a non-negotiable part of a proper New York morning. New York City’s legendary bagels, tracing their roots back to Eastern European Jewish immigrants, are famous worldwide for their signature chewiness and distinctive crust. This unique quality is often attributed to the traditional method of first boiling the dough in water (often with malt) and then baking it, a technique perfected in the city for generations. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My bagel had hair in it when I went to ask for a diffeeent one . I literally showed the cashier he said since I had already eaten half that I would have to pay . Sounded very arrogant and smug like if I was trying to get one over him. First and last time I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
September 17 · Pinero QGTMThe staff are friendly and helpful however the wait time for a bagel with cream cheese was over 10 minutes on a Sunday morning. Also, there were people that received their order before me eventgough I ordered before them (in store). The quality of the bagels are good but something needs to be done about the time of service when it comes to simple orders like a bagels with spread.
September 14 · Jessika CI ordered of the 12 dozen bagel package, which is a great deal. The order was ready quickly and it was packed efficiently. I can be skeptical when going to establishments where the front of the house is mostly run by young people other than fast food joints. However, I am always pleasantly surprised how smoothly things run. The boss seems to have taken great care in training these youngsters and it shows with their friendly customer service and vibrant attitudes. The place itself is unpretentious. Maybe consider a fresher look with a nice menu on the wall and some automation. I’m from a different generation so if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
June 21 · Cynthia RiveraAbout a week ago, I called for a last-minute mini catering order, and I was pleasantly surprised by their service. The lady who answered took my number and told me that the manager would call right back for details. When he did, I explained that I needed a catering lunch order within the next hour or so. He assured me that he would get it ready and would call me when it was done. The order was ready within just 20 to 30 minutes. The assorted sandwiches were nicely arranged in a nice box, while the condiments were provided in a separate bag. When I opened the box, everyone was eager to grab a sandwich, and they all tasted fantastic. By the time I remembered to take a picture, the food was all gone. This place really delivered on both service and quality!
May 31 · April the TravelerI honestly thought they closed for good. Don't know if it's still owned by Jewish people. But the food especially the bagels are still fresh and surprisingly affordable. The 3x I ordered (2x Uber eats) the food was fresh, followed instructions, hot, and on time. The 1x I went in person they was about to close. It was around noon. The man gave me a courtesy bagel. That was a nice gesture. Not fast food. Good food
