Place was clean upon arriving and service was pretty quick. I only came to redeem my points for 2 free vanilla cones which were very good. I was surprised the ice cream machine was working at this location lmao. But the only thing that threw me off was that the guy giving me the ice cream cones looked at me pretty weird. I didn’t like that. It really sketched me out while he was handing me the 2nd cone.

WARNING UNSAFE... My 15 year old daughter was harassed by man that apparently just hangs out there harassing customers. His clothes were dirty and torn, and he appeared to be drunk, and or high. She attempted to move away from him but he kept getting closer. He yelled at her repeatedly, "Do you think I'm handsome? She's the love of my life. She's beautiful. I want to marry her." My daughter stayed quiet, tried to ignore him, and moved away from him. One employee told the man that he should stop because he was harassing people, but the man continued. No employee asked my daughter if she was ok or needed help. The man followed my daughter out the door. He followed her across the street until a family of strangers on the street noticed that he was following her and asked her if she was ok. They told him they would call the police if he didn't leave, so he did. They stayed with her until I picked her up.

UPDATE 7-4-25: I gave this location a second chance and between 10:30pm-11pm same exact thing happened again in the Drive thru. Waited almost 10 minutes at the mic with multiple cars behind me and others on the other mic that arrived after I did. Again the incompetent employees that are put to work the Drive thru take the order from cars that got there after I did. Never again, the McDonalds in Bartow and the one in Sanford give better service and quicker. This location is total garbage.--------------‐------------------------------------------The Drive thru service has gottenhorrible to the point of just not going to this location anymore. They have 2 Drive thru mics, I'm at one of them ordering, and my order is simple 1 $5 deal and 1 $6 deal that's it. I'm able to tell the guy that had a super heavy accent my first order when tells me hold on and goes to the other mic and starts taking the order for the vehicle that was there and then goes on to take the next vehicle. I say hello my order he comes back and says yes please hold on and starts taking the next vehicle order. Three customers that got there after me, their orders were taken while I had to wait. I just left, that was disrespectful and there was no reason for it. Worst service I've had at a McDonald's. I do not recommend it at all....

This McDonalds is a step above the rest. The customer service is that superior of a 5 Star restaurant.I ordered the McDouble meal and nuggets from the kiosk. Food was quickly prepared and served hot, I dined inside so was greeted and served by an employee named Sharissa. She is the ultimate asset that completed my service leading to this review. The music was 🔥🔥🔥 playing a childhood song my mom used to listen too as i write this review. I am calling my mom after this! I think they spoiled me. 🥹The restroom facilities were clean and usable. Everyone workers had purpose and was working to diligently improve the environment.I have absolutely no complaints.
