The picture speaks for itself. Not every McDonalds is made the same and this is not a good one. From long lines with orders that never get delivered, wrong orders, the staff having a grand time in the back, you’re better off going to another one. This particular night, I was desperate enough to stay 30 mins before leaving, heading to 7/11 and getting a meal in less than 3 mins. Couldn’t get my money back but I’ve learned my lesson.

Every time I order from this McDonald’s, no one is at the front counter and no one appears for a very long time.The service is incredibly slow even when you order from the app.Everyone is waiting for their food and there’s always a huge line for people waiting. But even if no one is there, still expect to wait a while.Last time I was there I heard employees arguing in the back.There needs to be new management because this ridiculous.

I just left this McDonald's and had a disappointing experience. I came in and waited patiently for several minutes. When I politely asked what toys were available, I was met with a very rude response of "Hello Kitty." When I asked "Which one?" I was told to come back during lunch time and that "it isn't time for that," before the crew member walked away. That felt extremely disrespectful. I was calm, patient, and in no rush, so there was no reason for the dismissive attitude.

Place is never never clean when you feel like eating inside of McDonald. Tables floor counter always dirty sticky a mess no one cleans at all. Food is slightly always cold fries never fresh they take longer than expected.

Been here a few times and my foods always fresh and made correctly. There’s something about it too the staff does the food fresh and right so it’s always been really good for a cheap quick eat. It also always feels backed and busy when I’ve gone. They have seating but it crowds up fast. The que has been pretty short though every time. They’re really hustling and moving in there. Customer service was neither outstanding or terrible which was fine when I went (much better than attitudes and poor staff) but nothing that stood out to me. Definitely worth eating at if you’re in the area and want to grab something quick! Good job team!
