VERY DISAPPOINTED 😕😕😕I bought my daughter a cake for her birthday and this is what I got. The cake was made with more of chocolate than ice cream. I’ve been buying from this carvel for years and this is what I had received. I spoke to one of the supervisors and did not get a good feedback from her,As I was expressing and explaining along with showing the picture of the cake and how disappointing It was. I thought I would get a better reception from her,As she told me she was one of the supervisors. I hope they understand I would like to buy an ice cream cake and not a chocolate cake. Please be aware of the Ice cream cakes that carvel is selling.

Perfect way to have a perfect day everything tasted so fresh and the service was great. I went at like 9pm, not really a line, but perfect timing! I’m this picture is the Strawberry Shortcake. I know it’s ice cream but it was 🔥 loved it!

The ice cream was amazing! It was actually soft serve but tasted like frozen custard. The chocolate crunchies were so delicious and really added to the flavor. The guy who helped us was the owner I think and he was very enthusiastic about the ice cream and very friendly and helpful. The inside of the restaurant was kinda messy and not very nice so that's why I took away a star.

This is a lovely place on 233rd... It's a walk-up window with parking available.. only thing I don't like they should have put some chairs and benches outside so you can sit and eat on a hot summer day

I always get ice cream here. The young people that serves icecream are very pleasant and polite. The ice cream is always delicious, especially the shakes.I gave 4 stars because sometimes they forgot to not serve ice cream with the same glove hand that they handle money with. But overall great place.
