So, I come in here often to pick up DoorDash/ uber orders full time. I was placing an order on the kiosk while I waited for my DoorDash. As I’m placing the order, “ DoorDash for Allison “ I said yes thank you I’m placing an order. She said “ accept the DoorDash “ I’m like huh okay. So I placed my order got to the counter and I said my number is 762 I’m just waiting on my food. She said “ I told you to confirm the DoorDash 2 minutes ago right “ I said whoa what’s your problem? If I accept it DoorDash runs on a timer I’m waiting for my food and if I’m late I get penalized. She said “ I don’t care that’s not my business accept the DoorDash”This was around 6:10-6:20 pm.She will hurt your business more than you know with 0 to none customer service. I recommend anyone reading this to never order your food and have a delivery at the same time.

They need to do better. Food is usually not fresh. Their filet of fish is much smaller anymore usually put together sloppy. And they constantly forget the sauces for their chicken nuggets. DO BETTER

Overall terrible, I didn’t think I would have a bad experience at McDonald of all places but I order three burgers and they expect me to use one sauce?? I start eating and notice a penny size hole in my bun. Your workers should know not to serve that.

Third times a charm? This was the medium fry each of the 3 times here (three of only four times I've visited a McDs in two or three years). Maybe it's just me who feels the cup should be full.They did correct it each time and actually fill it. But to have to ask for them to fill the fries is ridiculous. Probably the least expensive item for the company & it's skimpy. 😅 I suppose it's to be expected.

Slow as a slug. I thought this was fast food not slow food. Hire more people. This is ridiculous i've been waiting for a curbside order for 30 minutes. never giving you guys money ever again. florham park location is better and faster.
