I’m not a complicated person, I pay for something, I just want what I paid for, this time I got what I wanted.12/19/2024Went around 2:30 PMWhat kind of incompetence works here?The new Sonic 3 promo happy meal came out, I ordered 4, I got 4 of the same Sonic blue! 2 of the happy meal box wasn’t even the Sonic 3 promo box!Just like with the Pokemon happy meals cards, they manage the promotion terribly!12/20/2024I complained on McDonalds Facebook page and someone replied they only get 2 boxes per day. Today, I decided to take his advice and ask the employee which “color” did they have today, I wasn’t happy I got 4 Blue. ( don’t mention the characters name, they don’t know). She showed me orange (Shadow) but same Blue Happy meal boxes, no shadow again! If you want different characters, ask what they have in stock. I learned that today.12/21/2024Don’t go here if you’re trying to collect the entire Sonic Happy meal promo! Only has 1 and 4. Sonic and shadow regular!They are the WORST when it comes to McDonalds promotions! Same with the Pokemon and Yugioh Happy meal promotions, it’s like the employees take what they want and leave what they don’t like, it literally just launched and they got almost nothing. Something told me to walk down there to confirm if it’s back or not!04/12/2025It’s been open for 2 months but lately I’m impressed with their improvement.I ordered 2 chicken sandwich deluxe , 2 large fries, 2 frozen drinks, finally got to try Krispy Kreme donut and I actually received what I paid for and they even gave me ketchup for my fries in a quick fashion today. I got to admit, I’m happy with the service today and will recommend coming here

Went through the drive thru, the order was incomplete. One of the chicken strips boxes was missing 🤷🏻‍♀️ I tried calling them right away, the phone is not even connecting. It’s not the first time this happens to me and my family. Check throughly when in the drive thru

Ordered via DoorDash … order has been incomplete the last three times. Missing a fry or the wrong item. Thankfully DoorDash refunds me but I called to let them know what was going and they don’t care.Looking at the comments this seems to be a thing at the drive thru as well.

I been going to this McDonald’s. For about 15 16 years. Fact is the workers there are never nice respectful. I ordered my food they refused to bring out the to the table. I had double check my change as well make sure they got it right. Which at first the workers didn’t
