I usually go here to pick up food on days I don't have time to cook for my family. Went to pick up my order and when I ask for my order this new guy starts catching an attitude thinking I'm trying to scam them. Said I didn't make an order at their location and other excuses. I am a frequent customer too so I dont understand where the attitude came from when I wasn't being rude at all. I specifically included in my app to use my preferred name and for some reason the app uses a whole different name entirely and the app won't let me change it. When I try to explain this and speak at a normal volume, this guy yells the name so the whole restaurant hears it. Very humiliated and embarrassed. I will take my business to another branch because they are so rude now.
