This is completely wild. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for YEARS. Same order. Same time, around 10am. Never once did anyone say a word. No issue, no problem, no confusion. For FIVE YEARS, this was routine.Now all of a sudden they refuse to serve me? Acting like they’ve never done it before? Like I’m asking for something outrageous? This is straight up nonsense. There is no excuse for it. None.Whoever is running this location clearly has no clue what they’re doing. The staff doesn’t care. The consistency is gone. The customer service is nonexistent. The attitude is unbelievable.It’s actually insane to treat a loyal customer this way. I’m done. Permanently. Don’t waste your time or money here. Decent McDonalds location.I normally don't go to McDonalds too often - in fact, I punish my digestive system with their "food" maybe once a year at most. Their breakfast though is usually pretty decent (depending). I was in the mood for it since it was a long time since I had their breakfast last and ended up here.It's a more modernized and clean location (inside and out). It's There is a drive-thru, but I chose to go inside even to just get it to go.All the ordering kiosks seemed to be malfunctioning on that day - I tried two out of the four of them and they weren't working.I went to the register and ordered from there and the wait time wasn't bad at all. The cashier was friendly.The breakfast was actually good - better than a lot of other locations I've been to. Unsure about the main menu for the rest of the day, but the breakfast items I ordered were good. Certainly better than other locations I've been to in the past.Located in the Tarrytown Station Center 'outlet' mall. They share the land with other businesses, but the lot is a pretty good size. There's a few McDonalds reserved parking spots close by for pickups and drive thru.If I had to go to McDonalds for any reason, this is a location I'd consider now just due to the friendly employee and the slightly better tasting options.

There's not much you can say about McDonald's that you don't already know specific to their menu and food. However each location offers a very different experience. There's the walk in experience and the drive through experience. I chose the drive through with a full size pickup truck so just know first off it fits but if you aren't skilled driving it you will be looking at some damage as their drive thru is TIGHT. Big SUVs also beware. As always and particularly with this one before you pull off be certain your food is hot. I've had to return fries because they were almost cold. McDonald's fries are the draw for me so anything that's not out the frier is unacceptable. The dining in experience is modern and the experience is automated. That might be fine for our youth culture but there is an actual person available (although they are multitasking and always seem distracted) and the exchange is always pleasant. They recommended using their app but I don't frequent McDonald's enough to care.

The lady that attended me was very rude, she seemed bothered by having to do her job. She said no soda refills and when I asked her for a cup of ice water for my meal she gave me a damn sundae cup with water.
