I had a fantastic experience at McDonald’s. The customer service was truly exceptional. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s always a pleasure when the team goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. And of course, the fries never disappoint. They are always hot, crispy, and perfectly salted. McDonald’s continues to deliver both great service and consistently delicious food.

Rude, unprofessional and need to be retrained on what it is to be in the service industry. It's their personal choice to work there and if it's not, they might as well make the most of it. At the end of the day they are still getting money in some way, but that doesn't and shouldn't need to be anyone who is a paying consumer to be treated soooo poorly. The strips were nearly burnt, environment not sanitary, workers you can overhear talking about the customers spanish or not, just overall unneccesary.

I went to pick up my online order, but no one paid any attention to me. The staff were all pretending to be busy, slacking off, and looking around aimlessly. I asked a female employee for help, and I eventually got my order, but they forgot my cone. I stood there for another ten minutes, and still, no one came to assist me. I finally got a chance to tell someone, “You forgot my cone,” but even then, five more minutes passed, and they still did nothing. I respect everyone who works hard, but if you don’t want to do this job, please quit immediately. I paid for my order, and I deserve the service I’m entitled to, not to be treated with such rudeness and disrespect.
