The review from a satisfied customer highlights this beautifully, noting the "subtle melding of Asian textures with American flavors," a testament to the bakery's creative approach. The focus is on fresh ingredients and well-executed recipes that result in baked goods that are not only tasty but also wonderfully balanced. This combination makes for an accessible and appealing experience for both those familiar with Asian bakeries and those who are new to them. The bakery's reputation for having a friendly and welcoming staff further enhances the experience, making every visit a pleasant one. It's the kind of place where you can feel the passion for baking in every bite, and the warmth of the service in every interaction. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Lovely bakery with super friendly staff. I got the roll cake that had a lemon filling. They also have banana bread; I feel like they’re going for a subtle melding of Asian textures with American flavors. DELICIOUS! Highly recommended, cash only.
May 02 · Jessica QuiasonCame here based on the deserved 5 star reviews. Orders the green tea Swiss roll, a tuna bun, and something else. All were tasty and reasonable priced! The tuna bun was my favorite!
May 13 · Mark HarburgVery friendly, great coffee and baked goods! In a world of mega coffee chains this is a local spot worth supporting. Definitely come here.
August 28 · Carter GillCame here to check out this tiny gem of a place, after hearing they have a Green Tea Swiss Roll (anything Green Tea/ Matcha is my weakness). It was definitely not disappointing. The roll itself was moist and soft, and you can taste the matcha flavor. Normally the cream in the roll cakes are so fatty it gets overwhelming for me. This definitely was my favorite cream to cake ratio. Also what tops the “cake,” is the price: $1.50.As far as I know this is cash only and no outdoor seating.
April 07 · Ladiny POne of the best Chinese bakeries!! The pastries are delicious and at a great price that you can't beat. Great experience and highly recommend you come try! Also PS they only accept cash so make sure you bring.
