This place definitely needs some better management.We placed an order online and when we walked in, we saw a lot of people also waiting. We decided to wait because we thought it would be quick however we realize more and more people are getting impatient and have been waiting there for over an hour. I even noticed that some customers food was already done, but they just haven’t put it out for pick up. Turns out the same thing happened to us when we asked if our order was ready, and our food was just sitting behind the counter somewhere. They ended up giving it to us, but when we got home, we noticed that the breakfast platter was missing the eggs as you can see in the image a lot of Uber drivers had to cancel their orders because they’ve also been waiting for an hour and definitely bad customer service for the McDonald’s in this area. We will be contacting customer service to see what can be done.Also, I want to point out that I am not blaming the workers. I think the management needs to just have a little more order and guide these workers.I also noticed that when we walked in it smelled like urine not sure if they’re using a dirty mop or not, but I will definitely not dine in there .Sorry to sound like a Karen.I gave the food a 1 star not because it taste bad, but because I was missing my sausage egg and biscuit. They only gave me pancakes lol.

I placed a curbside order through the McDonald’s app and followed the instructions, but after sitting outside for 15 minutes with no service, I went inside. What I saw was chaos: 15–20 people crowded at the counter, all waiting far too long for their food. One person told me they had waited 45 minutes and still got the wrong order. Another complained to the manager about cold food, missing utensils, and no syrup for her pancakes.There was absolutely no organization, no professionalism, and no customer service. My own order never showed up, and the app wouldn’t even let me cancel. This location is a complete disaster. Save yourself the time and frustration—do not come here for anything.

Consistently the worst McDonalds experience in the country, every single time. Food is always cold, never made correctly. Soggy sat out fries, shitty carless burgers. Not a single time has my order been correct. I only ever order for two people. Missing and incorrect items for every single item selected. Borderline garbage straight out of the bag. I haven’t seen a single employee process a thought.

I have not been here for a long time. As a kid I used to come here all the time. It is absolutely disgusting in there. Theres about 40 people waiting for food. There’s food all over the floor tables with leftover food. Nobody cleaning it. It’s really a shame to see what this place has become.
