Had such a great time at Mumbai Dreams! The food was BEYOND delicious. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. You can really tell they put care into each dish. The staff made us feel so welcome and the vibe of the place was warm and relaxed. This might be my new favorite spot in Nyack. Can’t wait to go back!

We went to Mumbai Dreams to celebrate a family birthday and we loved the experience! We ordered Mumbai Vada Pav, Chowpatty Bhel, Dahi Puri, Vegetable Biriyani, Chicken Biriyani, Chicken Tikka Mac & Cheese, Aam Panha, Mysore Coffee, Masala Chai, Ras Malai Sampler! Each dish was authentic and delicious! As I bit into Vada Pav , took me back home… the flavor was popping!!! Chowpatty Bhel also took me back to Chowpatty! The biriyani was spicy and flavorful, rice was good quality. Mysore coffee and Masala Chai was okay. Ras Malai Sampler was rich and delicious! We received Carrot Halwa with ice cream on the house, it was delicious! Customer service was awesome! A special huge shout out to the manager Iman! Thank you so much, Iman,for your professionalism and kind service! I highly recommend Mumbai Dreams to foodies who would like to experience authentic Bombay khana!!!

The food was Above average. The Butter chicken was 3/5 the color was off and it was incredibly sweet. The Naan was soft fluffy and great 5/5. The shrimp Biriyani was 5/5 as well. The Daal was 1/5 it was basically water. Staff were friendly and service was great and it was very clean. I would like to point out the Restaurant is on the bit of expensive side as a one portion of butter chicken costs $28 and feeds 1 maybe 2. The prices needs to be adjusted according to the portion.

I heard amazing reviews from people about this restaurant and they were 100% right.One person in our party is very sensitive to spice and the owner/manager (not sure which) did everything they could to make sure it was as mild as possible for them. We had a laugh figuring it out.There was an incident with one of the pieces of chicken and we brought it to their attention just to let them know. They went above and beyond to correct it and we were not expecting that hospitality. We were extremely grateful and satisfied customers. We hope to come back again! Thank you!

I had such an incredible experience at Mumbai Dreams in Nyack. You can genuinely feel the love and passion behind every dish here. It’s a family-run restaurant that draws from deep North Indian and Maharashtrian roots, and the flavors are just next level.The chef grinds spices fresh and sources ingredients directly from farmers in India and you can taste that kind of care in every bite. This isn’t just a night out, it’s a full-on homestyle experience that feels both comforting and special.Some standouts: the butter chicken mac & cheese was such a fun, rich fusion dish; the pani puri was fresh and full of texture and flavor; and the Kolhapuri machli a seabass dish with a bold Maharashtrian spice blend completely wowed me. The Akbari kebab and lamb korma were both beautifully balanced and flavorful, and the kurkure mushrooms with truffle honey might be one of the best veggie starters I’ve ever had.Now I totally get why they were named Best of Hudson Valley. They absolutely deserve it.
