★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1They’re located close to me. I travel a lot an order bathes but I come to regret it because they don’t prioritize large orders, package nicely to share to people. Twice they didn’t close the curry bowls and it leak all over the car and once they didn’t pack utensils. Imagine being update with no home food and all the food waste. As a buisness owner myself I find it low grade because I’m usually on the go and they’d pack the order very slow and nonchalant. I’m not going to buy from you to feed my employees, I’m not going to trust you to pack up orders for a wake, religious holiday at events or small gatherings either because you dont build customer relations well. Very inconsiderate that sometimes parking is scares so you have to put some energy and serve little faster and package properly!!On the contrary, I tried a different roti shop for large trays roti and Dahl puri, they packed it lovely in foil pan spaced out , lined tray, and that I can share to the white folks out of town! I want to share my cultural food with other cultures that look presentable! Instead of roti crammed up on a sweaty paper bag by the time I reach 8 hrs and sometimes longer - it looks awful!!! And no matter how much you tell them nicely it’s for a trip or for my company out of state they’ll never fix you up proper. So you get what you see, a small shop with average foods that have no interest to grow, improve or expand. Outdated inside and could very much improve and fix up the place. Average taste, the same foods everyday, no signature take on any recipe, curries a little watered down, roti doesn’t last long, bakes have an oil taste. They say it’s halal but doesn’t advertise it. Older women who work in their own bubble, they cut cost on containers with the cheap plastic bowls that’s difficult to close, these ridiculous small black plastic bags. If you want to cater don’t count on them, forget about it.They do not appreciate large orders so support a restaurant that caters to YOU especially if you are frequent. THEY DO NOT RESPECT OTHER BUSINESSES PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY! THEY DO NOT RESPECT OTHER BUSINESSES PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY! THEY DO NOT RESPECT OTHER BUSINESSES PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY!
September 27 · Sone ANice little roti shop tucked away in Queens. The owner Nal is very courteous and professional, I can always count on her and the team to pack my order .The food is great tasting, dont get carried away by the big names ,because you will be disappointed with their service and food taste , the prices are another issue ..Unlike Nal her prices are very affordable. Will recommend anytime.
August 05 · Chris LallI used to come here every other day and the food is delicious. But the customer service is digusting. Ladies are extremely rude and nasty when taking someone order. Theirs only one person that knows how to speak to a customer in that entire shop. Idk if they want customer support or they think they can do what Jamaican restaurant do and have nasty attitudes towards the customer that are supporting your business. Just went inside again today and waited 8 mins to get skipped in the line and not serviced
August 18 · Davinci BleuAccidental discovery! Got a chicken curry & roti for $12 and was surprised how big the portion size is. Roti & chicken are both tasty. Will definitely come back.
July 14 · Camille R.Hey Nad! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I just wanted to reach out and say how much we loved the baked ducks we picked up from your restaurant. They were absolutely delicious! Everyone who tried them couldn't stop raving about how great they were. Truly excellent!Patricia & Jack
