Located in the bustling heart of Midtown, this restaurant offers a modern take on traditional dishes, with a focus on customizable, healthy, and flavorful meals. The 'Create Your Own' concept is a major draw, allowing patrons to build their perfect bowl, roll, or salad with a selection of fresh ingredients, proteins, and a wide array of toppings. The essence of NAYA's appeal lies in its innovative approach to classic Middle Eastern flavors. The 'Create Your Own' model is both efficient and fun, allowing customers to take control of their meal. This concept is likened by a customer to a favorite college spot, which speaks to its approachable and customizable nature. You start with a base, such as fresh lettuce or grains, add your choice of protein, and then go wild with an array of toppings. The toppings are where the true magic happens; from creamy hummus and baba ghannouj to crisp cucumbers, pickles, and olives, the options are plentiful and vibrant. The ability to add "all the toppings" is a feature that customers truly appreciate, as it allows for a diverse and complex flavor profile in every bite. The fact that the base ingredients and toppings are noted as "fresh and very tasty" highlights the restaurant's commitment to quality. The soft, warm pita bread that comes with the plate is an added bonus that completes the meal. While a customer noted that the beef protein was "ok" and tasted "a bit like it sat in the warmer a bit too long," the overall sentiment about the food and service is overwhelmingly positive. This innovative concept, combined with the restaurant's focus on fresh and healthy ingredients, makes NAYA a top contender for anyone looking for a satisfying and unique dining experience in New York.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1First time trying this place and liked the concept. You choose your grain, protein and Toppings.Mediterranean anything is my jam.I went with quinoa, roasted cauliflower and all the Toppings- cucumbers, pickles, olives tomato, hummus. Topped off with a lemon tahini sauce.I wasn't sure if 3 pieces of cauliflower would be enoigh but the bowl was filling and had some left over. They even gave a soft pita with it.Maoz was my favorite restaurant in college. 110th and Broadway. It is a similar vibe with slightly different ingredients. I was glad to have a different lunch option before my travels.
May 07 · Debra JacksonThis is a newer concept with middle eastern food. You pick the base, protein, and unlimited toppings. As part of the plate, you also get a nicely warm pita bread. The base of lettuce and grains are fresh and taste good. The toppings tasted freshly made and very tasty. The beef protein was ok as it tasted a bit like it sat in the warmer a bit too long. Overall, I really liked the food and service.
October 25 · C NeonThis is a pretty new and unique idea where it’s pretty much designed like chipotle or subway where you pick your own base, protein, and then your unlimited toppings. The food is overall good but pretty salty with three options to pick a salad, wrap, or bowl all being good. Furthermore this is a pretty nice middle eastern restraint with a unique twist.
September 01 · jayIhad an awesome lunch at Naya. The custom bowls are incredibly tasty and packed with a variety of flavors. I loved that you can choose your own toppings, allowing you to create a meal that perfectly suits your taste. The fresh ingredients and vibrant combinations make it a standout choice for a satisfying and flavorful meal. I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more options!
