May 15 · Dave MoylanWant something to eat while you wait for your Amtrak train at Penn Station? So good and speedy. Usually long line but they take your order while you’re in line. I got the Chicken Salad on Everything toasted - so good…came with all your favorite things: avocado and bacon. If you’re there waiting for your train, go early. I used to live in nyc for over a decade and I had forgotten how good a New York bagel is.Did I get this same order Friday when I arrived and again Sunday a couple days later when I left? Yes, Yes I did.Staff are incredibly friendly and NY-saavy…meaning they know they gotta do things quickly. Professional, friendly, and fast. Prob will be my go-to for the next time I visit the city. Thank you!
February 23 · Esther KimWhen you arrive at eatery where the individuals know your name it’s like coming home—At your Moynihan location there’s an employee named Jesse who surpasses everyone. I commute only two days a week yet, he’s so in tune he knows my exact order at the site of me! The epitome of customer service! There’s not a person I haven’t told, “Go—Jesse will remember you!”
May 19 · Mary CollinsFor train station this was pretty good. I got the $9.80 egg whites and avocado on whole wheat bagel. This was 9am a June Sunday, and it looks like they are busiest compared to all other shops. Line was steadily 15 people but moved reasonably fast. They had 4-5 different employees who could take orders and prepare the food. I guess this is a typical weekend morning for them, so they are prepared and the thing is run efficiently.Back to the food itself, looks like they forgot to put cheese in the sandwich, but I'm ok with that. The egg whites, tomatoes, and avocado on the bagel were good enough.
June 09 · Giang NguyenOrdered & PAID extra for a plain bagel with MAPLE cream cheese. Get to my job and realized they gave me plain cream cheese. They charge extra for flavored cream cheese so I essentially paid extra for nothing. Ruined my experience and my breakfast if I wanted to get a plain bagel with plain cream cheese I would have went to the deli and paid $2 not $6. Will be going back to liberty bagels where I know my order will not be messed up.
