August 25 · sandra grodkoWent to the latest iteration of Nobo tonight. As with old Nobo, it was "meh" to "good-ish". Tuna crudo was not super fresh, under seasoned and had a weird tuna salad along with it?? Mushroom fettuccine was very good. Lamb riblets and green risotto were average. I got a weird drink that tried to be a cross between a dirty martini and a pickleback with daikon and it was bad. "Perfect chicken breast" was not perfect, but good; came with dry but a little tasty stuffing waffles, and a pile of watercress with precisely zero dressing. My wife got the crispy salmon which sounded better than it was (which was not bad). Dessert of the sable Breton with lemon curd served on a fishbowl which was very good and tasty.Given the price tag though, I would not rush to go back; the value-for-money balance is not quite right yet. To be fair though it's only a few weeks in so they may be working things out.
September 09 · Ari GilderExtremely expensive, small portions and food is mediocre. A small appetizer (pulled veal spaetzel was tasty but veal was salty) is over 30 dollars! A burger is 51. Burger was just ok - the meat was pretty much the same quality as packaged ground beef from the kosher market. Not juicy. Would not return - just not worth it.
September 05 · Paul Mwhat an amazing dining experience ! the ambiance was excellent and the dishes were succulent. The charcuterie board was sparser than I would've expected at that price point. The 32 oz steak was melt in your mouth good and the short ribs were buttery soft as well !Enjoy !
