★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Worst place to eat … the food was so bad …. The wait time was more the 40 mins … just for a fried rice and an order of grill shrimp which was hard and stiff to eat
April 06 · rohanie rabilallAfter 8 years I finally went back. Bartender came up to us seated us. Took out orderWe got our bucket that’s fineI completely understand the place is busy I used to bartend also. But we were taught to check up on each tables even if it’s not yours make sure they are always good. But here she never once came up to us mind you we ordered snapper and fries waited a whole hourShe would pass by and not pay attention to us and not bring us our food. After multiple attempts to get one bartender attention to let her know we never got what we ordered we finally got itAlso needed another bucket of beer imagine the struggle. But I’ve also noticed every man that walked in she would literally jump to hug them likeeee? It felt embarrassing to sit there waitingfor so long for the things we ordered. Oh snapper came it smelt so stink the table next to us wondered what that was because it smell so bad. The fries tasted rank like they fried it in the same oil as the fish and the fries soaked up all that fishy oil. Literally had to leave everything. Another thing I forgot to add they are serving underage kids in there. I worked in a restaurant and bar before and I know these set of people and I know her daughter is only 18 and I saw her drinking this corona from the bottle.
March 09 · Kim YktvWorst place to order food! I ordered a mix fried rice for pick up then when I got there the lady started arguing with me telling me that I ordered a roast pork fried rice. Now I'm Guyanese what the hell. I don't know what that is. Then I told her I'm not paying for that because I didn't order that and she argued some more with me until she agreed to order my mix fried rice. But get this the food came out and I left only to open the bag and find a chicken fried rice. I've never been so frustrated over something so simple I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don't be like me and waste ur time to come here you would be better of at any of those Guyanese spots on liberty ave.
November 15 · Oslyn GlennGUYANA 🇬🇾Eat the World NYC review:The Original Palm Court in Georgetown, the capital city of Guyana, is a place every local and tourist knows about and ends up at least once. The vast indoor-outdoor establishment serves as a restaurant, bar, and nightlife spot, something this popular Jamaica, Queens spot replicates. Live cricket is a big draw when big international matches are taking place, but drinks and a menu serving many of Guyana's cultures is why most come back again and again.
October 24 · Jared CoheeI have been buying food from here for years .. since ownership changed it hasn’t been the same … I ordered 2 chicken fried rice .. and an extra order of chicken .. the rice had no flavor and the chicken was so hard that we couldn’t even chew it .. I called to speak to the manager a woman .. and when I was explaining she kept quiet and then said I will give you my mobile number and you can call me and I will fix your food the next time … then she proceeded to say.. but the food will still be the same way ..are you freakin kidding me we didn’t even eat the other chicken fried rice … you guys suck and this is not how you treat your customersPoor customer service and poor quality food
