The menu is robust, ensuring there is a comforting option for any time of day. Starting with breakfast, the offerings lean toward traditional, substantial meals:

These items provide a great start to the day with their authentic preparation.

- Lunch and Dinner (Entrees): The core of the menu features classic Haitian dishes, often served fried (frite) or stewed (en sauce). Popular protein choices include Conch, Pork (Griot), Fish, Goat (Cabrit), Chicken, and Turkey. Specialty and cultural dishes are also highlighted, such as Jute Leaves (Lalo), Chicken Fowl (Poule Dure), Ragout, Oxtail, Kalalou, the celebratory staple Soup Joumou ($15.00), and Broth ($15.00). While the overall dining experience is highly praised for the food, prospective diners should note a minor point on service efficiency, particularly for takeout. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1When my super picky mom said she’s eaten here several times and enjoys the food I knew I had to give it a try. I can’t speak on the prices bc my dad paid. I did take 1 star away bc my dad called way in advance to place the order. They said it would be 20-25 min but when we got there they told us it would still be an additional 25 min. How does that even make sense when we got there after 30-45 min which was purposefully done just to avoid this. He then asked if he could add on to the order and the wait increased so he just said never mind. We got the large griot which was plentiful. Griot pieces were not all fatty. Pikliz was good could be spicier but overall a decent meal
October 16 · shirley “shirlz” fI would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional food you prepared. The flavors, presentation, and attention to detail were outstanding. Your passion and skill truly enhance the dining experience.”
August 02 · Martine LegermeThis is about the 5th time in a row I’ve ordered something and was told something should be done at a certain time and even took the time to wait 2 hours later of the time it was supposed to done and same thing happened call cancelled the order. Idk what’s going on lately but they really need to get it together smh it’s really ridiculous on top of ordering something at 11am and not receiving your food until 2-3pm in the afternoon.
August 21 · Asia JoynerLast night I call for a fritay what i wanted that's not what i get in it's not the first time they did that to me but last nights was the worst service i ever got never again thank you
October 11 · Robenson FranckI recently hired Palmis to cater my father’s 60th birthday celebration, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. From start to finish, they delivered an outstanding experience. The food was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly flavorful, leaving our guests raving about every dish. Palmis ensured everything was set up on time and seamlessly managed, allowing the event to run smoothly. Their team was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make the occasion special. I highly recommend Palmis for anyone looking for top-tier catering with exceptional service.
