For any New York local or traveler seeking to contact the establishment or confirm its location, the following contact information is essential for planning a visit or placing an order.
Address:99 Waldron TerraceSloatsburg, NY 10974
The restaurant’s physical location in the Applegreen service plaza acts as the central point for all its services, including dine-in, takeout, and coordinating local delivery and catering orders. Patrons planning a large order or needing specific details about availability are encouraged to use the public address for map navigation and to search for the most current operating hours and contact numbers available online for direct communication. While the phone number is not listed publicly here, a quick search for Panda Express 99 Waldron Terrace will yield the direct line needed for confirmations.
When considering dining options in the Sloatsburg area of New York, this Panda Express location is worth choosing for several compelling reasons that extend beyond the mere act of getting a meal. The food itself is consistently regarded as good, offering the reliable taste and quality expected from the brand’s signature Chinese dishes, from the Chinese noodles to the wok-fired specialties. It delivers on its promise of a quick, satisfying meal that truly fits the definition of comfort food.
Crucially, what truly elevates this particular restaurant is the demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service. Local patrons have highlighted exceptional experiences, citing team members who are proactive, transparent, and genuinely friendly. For instance, the initiative and professionalism shown by employees, such as Ralph in a recent customer review, turning a simple, quick decision into a memorable and highly positive customer experience, speaks volumes about the quality of the staff and the positive representation of the Panda Express brand. This level of engagement ensures that even a fast-food interaction feels personalized and valued, a significant draw for any local business.
However, a factual assessment also necessitates acknowledging local feedback regarding operational details. Some customers have noted that the availability of the full menu can be limited closer to the stated closing time, and there is a desire within the community for extended hours to serve late-night travelers and locals. While this is an important factor to consider, it also underscores the location’s popularity and high demand. Therefore, a factual recommendation would be to plan your visit or place your takeout order slightly earlier in the evening to ensure the widest selection of offerings. This minor planning adjustment is a small compromise for securing both excellent food and the chance to experience the noted top-tier customer service.
In final consideration, the combination of convenient services—including full delivery, easy takeout, and professional catering—alongside the physical benefits of comprehensive accessibility and free, plentiful parking, makes the Panda Express at 99 Waldron Terrace a highly practical and appealing choice for any New Yorker. Whether you are seeking a fast lunch, a casual group dinner, or reliable small plates, you are choosing a place that combines the efficiency of a fast food establishment with the comforting quality of a well-regarded Chinese restaurant. It is a reliable destination where consistency of flavor meets a proven dedication to customer satisfaction.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had an outstanding experience at the Panda Express located in the Applegreen service plaza in Sloatsburg, NY, thanks entirely to an employee named Ralph. While I was still deciding where to eat, Ralph proactively approached the counter, made eye contact, and asked if he could help. His assertiveness wasn't pushy; it was genuinely helpful and immediately drew me in. He was transparent, letting me know they were preparing to close and had limited options, which I appreciated. His excellent customer service literally made the decision for me. He was engaging, friendly, and made the whole process seamless with his pleasant small talk. As I enjoyed my dinner, I couldn't help but think that with his professionalism and initiative, Ralph has a very bright future ahead of him.Panda Express, you have a true asset in Ralph. He is a fantastic team member who perfectly represents your brand. Thank you, Ralph, for turning a simple meal into a great customer experience!
October 01 · Mr. ShaftFood is good like other Panda Expresses, but multiple times I came, half of the food wasn’t available because they were closing in an hour. Not sure why the owner doesn’t extend hours to a later time like the other side of 87. Many in the after hours end up going to Shake Shack instead because Panda Express is closed.PLEASE OPEN UNTIL LATER TIME!
October 15 · Jin KimI was very impressed with the patience, communication and problem solving I witnessed while getting lunch for my 7 year old son at Panda Express today. When it was our turn there wasn’t much left of the chow mein and Carlos said “this is mostly veggies, if you want to wait more noodles will be out in 5 minutes” he let us stand back and only a minute or two passed before fresh noodles came out and he remembered us and helped us with our order. While waiting we noticed Carlos help handle a snafu with an order in a way that made all parties walk away with a smile, be aware of how many people were in a party and give the appropriate amount of utensils and or cookies and never lose his calm or forget to call out if an item was running low and needed to be replenished. My son LOVES his food and I really LOVED a fast food experience with staff that was kind, present and thoughtful.
August 17 · Rachel ArchambaultThe food smell good also looks delicious. However, the female employee dropped a food container on the floor and proceeded to place it back. Lol I don't have proof that they were talking about me in their language. I don't like give minimum wage food server's a hard time. Anyways, thanks for the service. Sincerely, truck driver with the blueparrott headphones.
May 15 · Tamika CallowayThe food is ceap, the chow mein is almost like cardboard, the teriyaki chicken is not teriyaki and is gummy. The only good thing is the packets of teriyaki sauce and the fortune cookies. The people behind the counter barely speak English and you have to repeat yourself several times so they might understand. Overall Panda Express has severely gone downhill and I will NEVER EVER eat there again. Plus the prices are too high for the quantity they don’t give.
