I spent a day here reading and using laptop. I enjoy the soup, sandwich and cinnamon roll. Refilled drink is great but not amazing. The vibe in this restaurant is great. A great place to stay for a while. Plenty of parking spaces in this plaza. A nice experience to visit this Panera. However, the availability of power outlets are pretty limited. One near fountain machine close to the seat. Somehow one of them close to the entrance doesn’t work during my 2 visits.

I ordered 50 dollars of food for dinner with wife. Walk in order at 8 proceeds to get named called to have me whole order bagged to go. Not sure why when it's an hr till close. So I proceed to ask for 2 plates as I would eat my soup out of the go cup no biggie and was told I couldn't get a plate cause " their not giving plates out at this time". So am I supposed to eat my food on the table !! A joke and 1hr till close. I get staff want to go home but this isn't a fast food place. Provide the service the company supposedly offers. All this while the manager stands their talking to another staff member.Bread bowl was barely cut had to cut the rest my self. 10 dollars for 4 oz or soup is a joke. Both sandwiches were mad terribly.Won't be returning to this Panera will stick to going to Clifton.

Good food, fair service. A bit empty behind the counter, so I had to use a kiosk. Sometimes, it's great to sit by the fire no matter where you are! Cozy on cold days.

So here is my experience at this Panera bread location just nowI came here to buy a black pepper facochi bread and I wanted to toast itThe manager at the time was serving me at registerSo she said that she cannot toast my bread i said all other locations that I go does toast my bread and am always happyShe insisted that she cannot toast it because it's not a sandwichSo I said the same way you toast the sandwich is the same way you can toast the bread because I want my bread hot so i can eat it nowAnd secondly the bread is not in a covered sealed cabinet and sometimes i see little flies on the breadAnd the bread sits there in the open all dayI called another male manager which was right there and asked him to please toast my bread and he also refused with all kinds of excusesSo i told them forget the bread I'll go somewhere else where they'll do it for meSo I drove a few extra miles to another location where they toast my bread in the same toaster oven that they toast the sandwiches and I was very happy with with this service at this other location they made my day.This is unacceptable at this rt 17 location because I don't know how they say they are running a restaurant and refuses to toast a customer's bread if they are toasting sandwiches all day every day, it makes no senseAnd i hope cooperate will address this issue and make the restaurant function at it's maximumI just was very disappointed for wasting my time to go there .

So disappointed because I've ordered from here a numerous amount of times and never had an issue. This past Sunday I ordered the same sandwich I get every time and I ended up with severe food poisoning to the point of where I thought I was gonna die. Wouldn't doubt it if it was because these kids they have working there don't wash their hands after using the bathroom and then they're touching people's food. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to find a new location to go to from now on at a further distance making it less convenient for me.Edit: I called corporate to report this case of food poisoning and they sent me an email back taking no accountability possible. I have attached the screenshot of the BS email the sent me and I have charged back the 13 dollar payment with my bank. I have a specialist's determination that i had a severe case of food poisoning and was almost hospitalized.
