Staff is lovely and the food is tasty and fresh. They are very accommodating and follow your requests. Very inconvenient when the kiosks are faulty, lagging, or full on out of service. Other than that the venue itself is well kept and clean. Staff is consistently seen cleaning around the restaurant and making sure the dining area stays neat looking. Sometimes they do run out of items when you order online and do not inform you so they replace the item with something random (one star off for that.) They renovated the outdoor patio for dining which is adorable. It serves as a delightful casual place to enjoy a light meal or coffee with friends or alone to catch up on some work or enjoy a snack.

I ordered on the kiosk and waited 30 min . Order never came out . I got the managers attention to inquire what was going on. When I told him he walked away . Extremely rude and dismissive. He got another employee and she informed me that they were backed up on orders . She said it would be about a 30 min wait. So 60 min for a few orders of soup ? Insane ! I request a refund for my order which took another 20 min along with a bunch of other customers . This is completely unacceptable. Will not be back to this location again.

It seems like a very nice place, however I’ve ordered through the mobile app twice now since I work in the area and get short breaks or lunch. I’ve ordered in the morning for breakfast and in the afternoon for lunch. My lunch experience was horrible as I ordered in advance and I didn’t get my order for an hour. Today I ordered for breakfast, which is not too busy at that time 7:40am and waited 20 minutes and there was not a single person inside the restaurant who had placed any orders around me who could have also placed an order. Both of these were for rapid pick up and it was not rapid at all and I understand the businesses can get busy. The staff is lovely, but the service time is not good at all.

I've been to Panera in other locations and had a good experience. Every time I come to this Panera, they are slow and there is always an issue. The lemonade was empty. When I asked an employee if it could be refilled, the gentleman looked at me like I was making the most unreasonable request. He then reported that they were out. I won't be coming back
