This is one of the best Panera Bread locations I’ve visited. The food was incredibly fresh, and the customer service was excellent—friendly, efficient, and attentive. I’ll definitely will be coming back!

Ordered from the Pelham Panera Bread today for lunch thru the Panera app and it was great! First off I did get free delivery thru the app which was nice. When I received the food by my DoorDash driver, everything was nice and neat in the bag and everything in the order came correct with no issues. My only small complaint was there was no forks/utensils included for my grilled chicken salad, and no napkins. Other than that the food was delicious! I will definitely order again from this location, I will also try the Bay Plaza Mall location as well!

Went there for lunch and had the soup in a bread bowl. It was delicious but it was the staff that made my experience great. Super Friendly Staff preparing the food! Clean and efficient! A very nice place for lunch.

I had a great experience at Panera Bread today! My order was ready super fast, and everything looked really fresh and well put together. What really stood out, though, was how friendly and welcoming both employees were—they had great attitudes and made the visit even better. My friend took me there it was nice 🙂 however make sure that that the casher hear you well, I ask for an item & they said that they we didn't not order it,,, really were two & we mentioned it, so with that being said the place its great, but don't take my word for it, try it for yourself.

I ordered from the pick two menu the salad that I ordered was Southwest chicken salad with broccoli chedder soup, the completed missed up my order my salad had no chicken, no avocado, no cilantro, no tortilla strips no Chipotle Aioli dressing they added parmesan chesse, corn, tomatoes and croutons. Such a rip-off, not planning on going there again. This place used to be good.
