I was there with a friend and his order was completely messed up. He ordered half and half, a soup in a cup and salad. He got a sandwich, instead. He complained. It took two tries to get him a salad with avocado. He didn't ask for a spicy salad! The dressing was too spicy, definitely NOT what he ordered.The receipt says "if there is something wrong with your order, we will fix it, make it right and give you a treat for free." No treat offered, even after going up 3 times to correct the order. I don't know what happened, but I was there when he ordered the salad. Bad cashier, then bad people making up the order. I don't understand what happened to this Panera Bread, but it's not the same as it was, the last time we went one month ago.

My family and I don’t eat fast food very often, but Panera Bread turned out to be a pleasant surprise! We were looking for something quick yet wholesome, and this spot delivered. The food was fresh and flavorful—way better than your typical fast-food fare. I loved the variety of choices, from hearty soups and salads to tasty sandwiches and bakery items. There’s something for everyone, which made it easy to satisfy the whole family. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was friendly too. Overall, it’s a great option for a quick bite that doesn’t feel like a compromise on quality. We’ll definitely be back!

Restaurant the truth is that they work super fast and the employees are very friendly this restaurant is usually always super full…but super difficult to find parking. Because it is in a slightly inconvenient area, but there is enough parking in the stores behind it like HomeDepot and DICKs…My husband and I always order the chicken noddles soup, Italian sandwich, Bacon mac and cheese with the apple and baguette bread and everything is super hot and fresh. 🥖🍎🍜🥗

Just had lunch here! I opted for their popular "You Pick Two" and went with the classic Broccoli Cheddar Soup and a delicious Turkey & Swiss sandwich. The soup was perfectly creamy and comforting on this chilly day, and the sandwich was fresh with just the right amount of fillings. The service was quick and friendly, and the cafe was clean and inviting. Highly recommend trying their "You Pick Two" if you can't decide on just one thing!

I came here for a second time to eat out with my friend, and I am disappointed to say that, despite the food itself being alright, the overall service and atmosphere were nowhere near a safe or formal environment. Upon entering, I specifically ordered two duets. The cashier got the second order right, but they counted the first order as 2 separate items, so I had to pay extra, which was over $22 when it was supposed to be under $20. Secondly, one of my orders was accompanied by half a bread for dipping; I did not receive that bread, nor did I receive it the last time. I had to physically get up and ask for it. If bread is essentially a complimentary item with the majority of the listed items on a menu, it should not be something the staff forgets to include. Though that has seemed to be the case, given my two visits. Additionally, my order was for takeout, yet I did not get any eating utensils to go with my order, like I did on my first visit. The staff seems to have some trouble staying consistent with what they should give out. When I asked for my utensils, the staff handling the bagging spoke in a rude tone and looked annoyed at me, making the atmosphere negative. Speaking of services, the tables I've seen when trying to get a seat with my companion were all dirty---we had to sit at the least dirty table. The overall atmosphere was not good due to the staff at the cash register and the one handling the bagging. To sum up my points, the food was alright, the staff charged extra for an order that was supposed to cost $8, the staff forgot to include complimentary bread and utensils, the staff were rude when asked to give something, and the seating areas were unclean. In conclusion, despite the food being alright, the overall process of getting it was not a great experience. I would not recommend Panera unless you like to constantly get up and ask for things.
