The worker does what ever they want and can’t prepare anything according DD standards. Order a refresher with sparkling water. I watch the guy make it with regular water. When i pointed out it, the guy tells me they only use a splash of sparkling water and it should be flat. DD is a joke because of employees like this.

I love coming to this dunkin' all the time. They are respectful and kind once you walk through the door. If you have any issues with your order, all you have to do is kindly tell them, and they will happily make it again for you. Sometimes, they will make it again even if you refuse it. The manager always accommodates and makes sure to let customers know anything about mistakes in food orders. Just be kind, and you will receive kindness back.

This place is the worst coming to placing a order I have order a breakfast sandwich and told the lady no cheese and they still put cheese because she was not paying attention because she was busy gossiping with other employees and she even made the coffee completely wrong it's a shame that what employees are doing today they just want to make money and don't take care of the customer the right way they see you in the establishment and look at you like you never exist until you have to ask if someone is working. So this location is the worst in customer service.

This morning, I had the pleasure of visiting this Middle Village Dunkin' location. I found my visit to be wonderful. The morning staff was efficient, patient, and friendly. The location was clean and pleasant. I so enjoyed the food I got, and would definitely recommend this location. Nibedita in particular is an exceptional worker, and an asset to this location. I'm grateful for my visit!
