Ladies and gentlemen do not order from here. I ordered a Hawaii pizza and instead of telling me they don’t have tomato sauce. They sent me a pizza with full barbecue sauce as this sauce they don’t even know if you might be allergic to something and just taking it upon themselves to put barbecue sauce as the whole sauce do not order from here they will never get money in life again, you have been warned and when you try to call them, they’re not answering the phone to rectify this situation. Does not even deserve one star! Shut them down

Update: what is even crazier, I just tried to order from this Papa John's again. (Thought I'd give everyone a second chance). The exact same thing has happened. The system is "down" Mohammed from corporate called me, and that my order was cancelled. Oh, and let's not forget, my money was exchanged for the transaction, but now I have to wait on a refund. How has this place not closed?Straight garbage, from the delivery drivers, to the store employees. I get it, it's east orange. But papa John's needs to do better. As one of my favorite pizza places, I spend too much on Papa johns to be treated like garbage, and to not have my order correct. Now, here's another problem I just encountered. If you place an order within this store, the system is "down." Mohammed from "corporate" will call you and tell you that the order has been canceled due to the system being "down." No - what is actually occuring is, the employees don't want to do the job and make my pizza. Then, Papa John's is going to tell me I have to wait for my money back on my credit card? Pizza is good. Delivery was fast. Driver was very courteous. I gave him additional tip. Gotta support the local food establishments. Thanks for keeping up your same efficiency of service during these rough times.
