My 15 son and his friend ordered a pizza from this store location. Upon arrival, the employee told them there was no order in the system. My son showed them the receipt confirmation from the website. The employee proceeded to argue that there was no order. He then chased the boys and told them to get out of the store. The employee was very rude and disrespectful to the boys. The boys proceeded to call the manager, who was in the office at the time. The manager came and retrieved the order of the pizza. I am very disappointed in this store employee because my household often orders from them. Also, for an employee to be so disrespectful to young men is completely unacceptable. This was very upsetting to them, having such an experience with a store employee. I would expect this store to train its employees better and to treat customers with respect.

Dear 13338 Springfield Blvd in Queens,I have ordered Pap John's Pizza plenty of times through the DoorDash app and I have never had an issue with their food items. But when I ordered Papa John's through my Uber app yesterday, from this particular franchise, it looks too disgusting and degrading to eat! My experience was horrifying!! I can't serve this to my kids!! Are you kidding me!! I have given them 5 stars (by mistake) before looking at what was inside the box because I thought it was from the same Papa John's that I usually order from but this pepperoni pizza pie looks exactly throw up food. It must be thrown in the garbage and not eaten. Whoever prepared this is smart enough to know (but don't care) when they have prepared damaged goods (a hot mess!!). And If you know you've made a mistake, don't try to sell it off anyway! Not everybody eats like an animal! I'm not sure why you decided to not stand by the papa John's pizza franchise and deliver all good pizzas like some of the others I have ordered from in the past but you guys over there should really be ashamed of yourselves. instead of using your job as a playground!! Hire workers who can get the job "done!!" To Managers and supervisors reading this, really take this seriously! Find out who prepared this and fire them!! They are making you look disgustingly bad! This not pizza!! Look at it closely. It is for the trash!!

I placed an order online for a bbq Papadia no onions a Philly cheese steak one came out. I told the person it was wrong he said he wouldn’t change it and I asked why I’m still standing in the store, he agreed to change it and I always check my food I looked in it and the bread was cold and hard and you could tell it wasn’t fresh. ( I usually order this after work from time to time) I told him about it I was ignored. I’m a paying customer and a very polite one and I need someone to reach out to me about the food quality and the service that I not only received tonight 7/15/2024 but overall. Old bread and chicken with a bitter aftertaste. This man handed me that food and said here.

The customer service is amazing! When I feel like letting out and having a great pizza, this Papa John's location always shows out and gives me the best pizza the best toppings they are not stingy if there's a problem, they fix it! Very kind

Ordered through Doordash, delivered fast and the food’s still hot when it arrived. Pizza and Papa chicken wings taste okay but the Chicken Alfredo Papa Bowl is delicious!
